Club Brochure
This Club Brochure is a pdf fillable form. With Adobe Reader you can fill in your Clubs name, the days you meet, the time, meeting location, who the mail back card is sent to, and on the back your local activities. Then print the document using your duplex print mode on your printer. Be sure to use at least 65 lb paper so the mail back card doesn’t get destroyed by the Post Office sorting machines.
